  1. What types of hair do you sell?

We offer a wide selection of human hair and raw hair extensions, wigs, and other related accessories. Our products include various textures, such as straight, wavy, and curly, in different lengths and colors.

  1. What is the difference between raw hair and human hair?
  • Raw Hair is 100% unprocessed and comes directly from a donor without any chemical treatments. It is considered premium quality, long-lasting, and can be styled, dyed, and treated like your own natural hair.
  • Human Hair has been minimally processed for texture consistency or coloring but is still real human hair. It is more affordable but may not last as long as raw hair.
  1. How do I care for my hair extensions or wig?

We recommend gently washing your extensions or wigs with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner. Allow them to air dry and avoid using excessive heat. If heat styling is necessary, always use a heat protectant spray. For more detailed instructions, check out our Hair Care Guide.

  1. Can I color or style the hair?

Yes! Our human and raw hair products can be colored, straightened, curled, or styled just like your natural hair. However, we suggest consulting a professional stylist for bleaching or dyeing to avoid damage.

  1. How long do your hair extensions last?

The lifespan of our hair products depends on how well you care for them. With proper maintenance, raw hair can last up to 1-2 years or more, while human hair extensions typically last 6-12 months.

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal and other methods as displayed during checkout.

  1. How long does shipping take?
  • Domestic Orders (U.S.): Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, and expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing.
  • International Orders: Delivery times vary by destination but usually take 7-14 business days.

  1. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and times will vary depending on the destination. Note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

  1. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website. If you haven’t received your tracking info within 3 business days, please contact us.

  1. What is your return policy?

  1. Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, you can return the original item (if it meets our return policy), and then place a new order for the replacement.

  1. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

Please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will assist you in replacing the item or issuing a refund.

  1. Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of placing them. If you need to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible. After 24 hours, the order may already be processed or shipped.
