If you’re not pleased with our products due to our mistake or fault, we accept returns of the wigs. We, at Vash Hair Collections, will make the return process as fast as possible.
Vashhaircollections.com accepts product returns. We believe that you have the right to apply for a product return within (number) days after your procurement.
Buyers will just be charged once at most for the costs of delivery ( this takes account of returns); no restocking cost to be charged to our clients for the products that need to be returned.
We also know how essential getting the right product is. Vash Hair Collections is looking forward that you send the product back to us in good condition and which you follow our return policy.
We accept a partial or full refund for the product, which has an issue because of our negligence. So, meaning we can’t warrant a full refund when the issue is made by you/ clients.
We cannot warrant returns for confirmed sized or client self-designated product/wigs.
We cannot warrant a return on products that have been used or damaged due to improper care or using the wrong cleaning method.
We are able to declare that our hairpieces are of the utmost quality. Any unaware returning of the product will not be warranted.
We don’t accept your refund request on declining or rejecting to sign for the package due to taxes.
All the orders made are delivered as Delivered Duties Unpaid or DDU. We at Vashhaircollections.com can’t be held accountable for accrued extra fees such as duties, taxes as well as tariffs, which might apply to global or international orders. You can call the local customs office in your area regarding this matter.
When shipping the product to our office, first, you must keep in touch with our customer support. Our staff will make it clear for you and you have to deliver the product back to our office within seven days.
